Common reasons and preventive measures for loss of fares:

1. The owner’s cargo is late into the warehouse, or the owner temporarily cancels the cargo without canceling the booking in time. And notify the owner, he is responsible for the notification, otherwise it will result in loss of shipping fees.
 

2. A larger proportion of super square / reduced square / overweight. Prevention: All international freight forwarders are requested to request the cargo owner to make the booking as far as possible in line with the actual goods. If there is any change, please notify in time.
 

3. After the goods are put into the warehouse, it is found that the characteristics or specifications of the goods themselves have problems, which makes it impossible to carry, such as “liquid/dangerous goods/overweight goods”. Prevention: Please inform the owner of the international freight forwarder, the company does not undertake liquid, dangerous, semi-dangerous goods, overweight goods need to be confirmed in advance.
 

4. The customs inspection cannot make the goods exported in time. Prevention: All international freight forwarders are requested to require the owner to have the same customs declaration form, documents, and goods. If you have any questions, please reply to our customs declarers in a timely and clear manner. If you need customs cooperation, please try to ensure that the goods leave the port in time. LCL Goods refer to small-ticket goods, filled with a full box (20’/40/45) of goods.
