1.Both the carrier and the carrier shall accept the essentials of the packaged goods. For “door to door services” heavy boxes, containers and other sealed goods to be delivered by lead seal.
2.The shipper shall deliver the goods by the agreed handling procedures;
When loading, both parties should check the name,
specification and quantity of the goods in the spot and check whether the packing meets the specified standards or requirements.
Those found not in conformity with regulations or endangering the safe transport shall not be transported;
If the shipper insists on loading and starting the shipment with the consent of both parties and makes the record and signature and seal,
the shipper shall be responsible for the consequences.

3.After the goods arrive at the designated place, the consignee and the carrier shall be present for delivery,
and the consignee shall sign on the freight settlement certificate held by the carrier after checking and finding no mistake.
If the goods are damaged or inferior, the handover personnel of both parties shall make a record and sign it.
If the parties jointly verify the situation and distinguish the responsibilities,
the consignee shall make clear the remarks on the freight documents. The consignee shall not refuse to accept the goods due to damage or shortage.
4.Upon delivery of the goods, if the bearing parties have any doubt about the weight and content of the goods,
they can submit the inspection and reweighing. If there is any inconsistency,
it shall be dealt with in accordance with relevant regulations.
Expenses incurred in the inspection and reinstatement shall be borne by the responsible party.
5.The carrier shall handle the goods that are unclaimed for more than 30 days from the next day after
the receipt notice is issued: if the goods are found to be checked and registered in time,
they shall be properly kept and shall not be used during the storage period, and the owner
shall be carefully searched. The goods that are still unclaimed for more than a month
are handled according to the state economic and trade commission’s measures on the handling
of undeliverable goods at ports and stations. However, goods that are fresh and difficult to
keep may not be subject to time limit upon approval by the competent authorities of the enterprise.
